Ezequiel, Lda via phone or email, you can count on a specialized and personalized support, composed by a team of professionals aimed at guaranteeing and improving the quality of the service provided to our customers.

Delivery

The delivery areas are the districts of C. Branco, Coimbra, Guarda, Portalegre, Viseu, Aveiro and Leiria.

Depending on the area where you wish to receive the order, it is only accepted whenever you place the order until 17:00.

To change the address of the order, there is a field of observations in the order validation, you must put the delivery address in that field.

The delivery service is free for all customers covered by our delivery area. For other areas, the cost of the carrier in force will be charged

In case of absence, the distribution returns the order to the warehouse to be delivered on the next route, it will be contacted by the warehouse manager for confirmation.

The merchandise is separated and packaged by specialized employees. Its transport is done in cars with the necessary safety conditions to guarantee our customer a quality product.

It is possible as long as the return is made upon delivery of the goods.

If you are not satisfied with the order, you should immediately contact your sales representative or (+351) 275957200.

When requested by the customer, the company provides a document that proves the temperature of the car when delivery of the goods.
